Terms of Service
Last updated: May 26, 2026
These Terms of Service govern use of Ferial, a TechTailor application for unified email, calendar, assistant, and MCP workflows. By using Ferial, you agree to use the application responsibly and only with accounts and data you are authorized to access.
Use of the application
Ferial is provided to help users manage connected email and calendar workflows. You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the actions you take through the app, and the content you choose to process with assistant features.
Connected account permissions
Ferial may request access to email, calendar, account, and related data from providers such as Google, Microsoft, or IMAP/SMTP services. You should grant permissions only for accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You may revoke provider access through the relevant account provider.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Ferial to access accounts or data without authorization.
- Do not use Ferial to send spam, phishing, malware, harassment, or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls.
- Do not expose MCP keys, OAuth tokens, or other credentials to unauthorized users.
AI and automation
AI-assisted output can be incomplete or wrong. Review drafts, summaries, suggested actions, and meeting preparation before relying on them. You remain responsible for messages sent, calendar actions taken, and decisions made from assistant output.
Availability and changes
Ferial may change over time as features, providers, and deployment models evolve. TechTailor may update these terms or the application to improve security, reliability, or functionality.
No warranty
Ferial is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use the application with appropriate judgment for your workflow and risk tolerance.
